FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
In the section below you will find answers to our most frequently asked questions.
Your CUSP data model and outputs are always available to you for analysis and use. If you need a specific analysis or visualization, you have two options.
- First, you can access the actual CUSP data by clicking on the “Get Data” link. This link will take you to a page that allows you to pull data from your CUSP model either via the list of frequently used data queries or by writing your own data query to get to the data you need. You can download this data and use it to perform your own analysis or create your own visualizations using your tool of choice.
- Alternatively, ask your 3Si team! Reach out to us with your data or analysis request and we will perform it for you and deliver it to you in the format you need.
This version of the CUSP Analytics Library does not allow users to directly upload their own data analyses and visualizations. This is because of technical necessity and our conscious focus on usability. We will learn from your initial use of the library to develop the right way to design user permissions and the optimal workflow for uploading by users.
In the meantime, we can help! If you would like something added to the library, let us know and we will do it for you, with the appropriate tags and organized in the right section.
